On May 29, Bricker & Eckler will host a lunch and presentation on NPDES Permits for Storm Water Discharges as part of its Construction Best Ideas Series. The presentation and panel discussion will be held at the Conference Center of West Chester, 9248 Princeton Glendale Road, from noon to 1:30 p.m.
This program will review some of the major changes to the NPDES General Permit for storm water discharges. The panel will discuss how these changes may impact construction activities and small municipal separate storm sewer systems. The panel will also discuss the potential penalties for non-compliance and how to avoid these penalties.
