Maintenance of the drainage systems within the road right-of-way are the responsibility of the government entity in charge of maintaining the road. If the drainage problems you are experiencing are within the road right-of-way, contact one of the following:
- Along state and interstate highways - contact the Ohio Department of Transportation at (513) 797-6010.
- Along county roads - contact the Clermont County Engineer's Office at (513) 732-8857, or click here to report a problem
- Along city, village or township roads - contact the service department or trustees office for your particular area.
