Phase II Partner Information

East Fork River

Ohio EPA’s Phase II storm water discharge permit for “Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems” requires Clermont County and its co-permittees to submit an Annual Report by April 3 of the following year.  This report must contain information and documentation of all activities that were conducted to meet the permit’s six minimum measures.

The Clermont County Storm Water Department has taken on the responsibility of assembling this report; however, regular reporting of activities by the Phase II partners is necessary before a complete and timely report can be generated.  Ideally, reporting of storm-water related activities should be done soon after the activity has been completed, or on a quarterly basis.
